This focused 1‑hour training session gives participants the essential skills to perform CPR on adults, children, and babies, as well as the confidence to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in an emergency. Designed for all experience levels, the session is fast‑paced, practical, and fully aligned with recognised CPR guidance.
What the Session Covers:
- Recognising Cardiac Arrest:
- How to check for dangers, assess responsiveness, and identify abnormal breathing
- Adult CPR: Correct hand placement, compression depth, and rescue breaths following current guidelines
- Child CPR: How techniques adapt for smaller body size and different compression ratios
- Baby CPR: Gentle, age‑appropriate methods using two fingers for compressions and safe rescue breaths
