AMP Training Solutions was founded on a simple belief: quality health and safety training should be accessible, practical and affordable.
For too long, organisations were forced to choose between expensive, generic programmes and going without proper training altogether. We saw the gap between textbook safety and real-world application—and we knew we could do better.
With over 22 years of hands-on industry experience, we created AMP to bridge that gap, delivering training that’s grounded in practical expertise and driven by a genuine passion for empowering others. Since our incorporation in 2013, we’ve trained thousands of individuals and hundreds of organisations across Wales and England—from local councils to NHS trusts, private care homes to national leisure chains. Our clients return to us not because they have to, but because they trust us to deliver exceptional training every time.

DirectorWith over 22 years in the leisure sector and more than 5 as a university lecturer, I founded AMP Training Solutions to deliver training grounded in real-life experience, flexibility and creativity. My qualifications include a Master’s in Leadership and Management (Education), NEBOSH National General Certificate, ILM Levels 4 and 5 in Leadership and Management, plus a comprehensive suite of health and safety trainer qualifications covering First Aid, Manual Handling and Pool Rescue.
