The Safe Moving and Handling qualification aims to provide an understanding of the basic principles of manual handling. This will enable learners to practice and apply safe moving and handling of objects within the workplace.

Manual Handling – People Handling

This two-day course is a basic requirement for workplaces in Wales who manage and operate in a people handling area.

The course deals with Modules A, B, C, D, E, F.
The course supports learning in areas such as: creating and following risk assessments, load handling, legislation and ergonomics.
The practical elements a also enables each individual student a chance to get familiar with different techniques, tailoring the principles of safer handling.

Evacuation chair training is designed to ensure individuals can safely and effectively use evacuation chairs to assist people with limited mobility during emergencies. Here’s a concise summary of its purpose
